1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Business Intelligence Matrix ("BIM") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

BIM provides a business intelligence and operations management platform, including AI-powered analytics, time tracking, task management, financial reporting, and related services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to BIM requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. No payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (d) use the platform to transmit harmful or illegal content; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into BIM. We process your data solely to provide the Services and will not sell your data to third parties.

8. AI Features

BIM uses artificial intelligence to generate reports, insights, and recommendations. These outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional legal, financial, or business advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, algorithms, interfaces, and proprietary methodologies (including the Business Health Score algorithm and GTO AI engine) are the exclusive intellectual property of Business Intelligence Matrix. No license is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of London, UK, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
